Policies

Check-in and Check-out times
Check-in time: arranged with the innkeeper
Check-out time: 11:00 a.m. unless other arrangements are made, or the retreat activities are scheduled to run later in the day.

Deposits & Payments
Group retreats require a deposit of $50.00 per person or couple to reserve your space.  Balances are due at the time of the retreat. Cash or checks accepted.  There will be a $25 fee for returned checks.

Cancellations
Full refund of deposit will be offered if registration is canceled 14 or more days before your stay.  Refunds will not be offered for cancellations within less than 14 days of the stay.   Guests will be responsible for the full cost of the retreat/stay if canceled with 3 days.

Taxes
Red Wing lodging tax and sales tax are included in all room and retreat rates.

Children
The Octagon House is not suited to accommodate young children. Please inquire about older children.

Pets
Pets are not allowed at the Octagon House.

Smoking
The Octagon House is non-smoking.

Photos
Photos taken during events at the Octagon House may be for promotional purposes with guest permission.
